so like, we got them recently and they’re beautiful. i love them. but one says there’s an issue with the water flow? does anyone know what it means?

Yeah they do that. Usually if you take the grounds drawer out and give it a quick rinse to get rid of the coffee sludge it’ll help.

I think sometimes if they get pilled at inconsistent times it can mess with the water flow as well.

All of the stores in my district have had this same issue. There are many ways to troubleshoot this, but getting the tech out there to run a diagnosis is the best way to remedy this. Ours had kinked lines and needed a recalled part replaced.
