Not here in NM. Our customers keep ordering cold foam on hot drinks and we let them know while they’re ordering that it’ll melt by the time we hand them the drink and they say “Oh that’s fine! I just don’t like how much dairy whipped cream has, so I get the sweet cream foam instead...” we all look at each other and shrug. We’ve only explained to a couple of the good regulars that it has more dairy and they’re paying more for something that doesn’t taste as good.
The ones that bitch about the foam are the ones who order it on the hot drinks because they take a sip and then claim there isn’t any.
