The number of times I’ve mixed up lids and other partners have mixed up lids is ridiculous. She can get off her high horse. Is she the only one being like this? I’d talk to your manager sooner rather than later.

A mnemonic I came up with for straws/lids is ‘green is the grande straw (tall and grande drinks get green and venti or trenta get black) , tall gets its own top’ (short/trenta also gets their own top but they seem dramatic enough also I don’t know how to fit them both into the mnemonic)

I’ve mixed up short and tall lids all the time. They don’t sound like a good barista if they can’t even treat their own partners with common courtesy or respect (sorry I keep editing, the app keeps glitching out). It might have been an off day, but if it’s a parent I would go to your SM - you shouldn’t have to go to work with anxiety or feeling that shitty

is she a barista too or a shift? if she’s a barista idk why she’s acting like she’s better than you or something because she’s been working longer. if she keeps being like that i’d def say something to your manager because micro aggressions aren’t okay
