This is true, it is better than nothing. We have a few doctors offices that get large orders, this is the only one we get a tip on usually.

Oof doctor's offices are the worst though. We're right by a ciuple of em and they really do be getting the most complicated orders. I honestly prefer them in mobile order than cafe because i feel like we have more time to prepare them.

$1 tip per drink is standard for alcoholic drinks. Somehow we need to spread the idea that this is also true for cafe drinks.

I worked at Starbucks in Miami and we were located in a tourist area and pre covid the opening shift was walking away with $100 every morning almost each and we made $14 an hour. And only 3 of us opened the store
