Leave dude. Start finding another job now, and as soon as it looks good, go for it. Starbucks doesn’t pay nearly enough to let it destroy you.

Unfortunately, the starbucks manuals state that availability is only a suggestion, not a requirement - good managers will follow it because of employee retention. You can try reporting your SM to your DM and PCC, but for your mental health I would honestly suggest looking for a new job like yesterday.
