My advice is that if you ever THINK you should go get tested, you SHOULD probably go get tested. Not only for the safety of your fellow partners, but for your own peace of mind. Not sure where you are from but i know in California they offer free testing sites all over the place.

You called out and have logs; you can't be held accountable for somehow not following policy. Calling the store is literally doing it by the book, what your SM is probably doing is just guilting you/ostracising you for calling out (which is extremely childish - I'm sorry)

I would get tested just to be safe - when I had COVID, my first notable symptom was *only* a cough. I didn't get the fever until 24 hours later... after I already worked an 8 hour shift at my job. It's always better safe than sorry, but they may pressure you to work while you wait for your results.

The tests are free. Call around. Take your pandemic time that was given to you by the company and use that. Notify your SM and your point SSV that you are quarantining due to possible infection

Edit: IF they give you heat, notify the PCC immediately. They will set them straight.

If you have health insurance, that should cover the cost of the COVID test. I’ve had two done and didn’t have to pay for either of them.
