Today I had a customer (sometimes repeat) come up to the drive thru window and ask me if I could make the Americanos “less disgusting.” I literally had no idea what to say. I mean, how the heck are you supposed to answer a question like that? I remember another partner asking if he wanted another shot and he just said to add cream and another shot. So we literally waited an extra 20 minutes for a guy to order 3 venti lattes.
