How has my manager and shift not gotten fired? And I think I might be fired?! (self.starbucksbaristas)

So my manager is an extremely hands off manager, like so hands off to where she’s never in the store or she’ll be in the store for like 2-3 hrs each week. On top of that she never really handles situations very well. An example of this is that on two separate occasions I had a shift curse me out for no reason, I didn’t do anything wrong. I tell my store manager both times and we talk about what happened on both occasions.
Instead of talking about the situation she decided to victim blame me saying how I do stuff like leave without permission, even if it’s past my clock out time. Then when I say to her that one, that’s not true, and two how does that pertain to how your shifts are treating a barista.
Both times I talked to my district manager and he didn’t do anything either. I’ve also tried calling partner resources and they don’t do anything. I know I can’t know if the shifts got written up but my manager trying to victim blame me and make excuses for the shift is unacceptable.
My shifts and store manager also get mad when I tell them I have to leave at my clock out time do to me being in college and me having to get to class. I kindly tell them that I have class and if they need me to do something not wait until the last minute. But that’s not good enough for them.
Because if the incident above I think I might be fired. I’m writing this on a Saturday night and my schedule isn’t on teamwork’s for the week of the 15th. I’m kinda scared to ask my manager because of the bad history I have with her. I have a text drafted to ask her about the schedule but I’m kinda scared to send it because idk what her response will be. Can the incident above get me fired even though I feel I did nothing wrong?
