Hey! I just had my first interview with a recruiter and moved onto my second with a panel of DMs. I strongly encourage you look up their mission statement and core values. As well as looking up past questions that are posted on Glassdoor.
Have a really sold answer for the question of why Starbucks? My recruiter specifically asked me questions about how I would describe myself as a leader, I would focus your answers on leadership by example and your ability to develop through resistance to change from staff members and creating ways to motivate and inspire your staff.

I was asked questions like “talk about a specific time you were able to help a customer and the outcomes”. And just a bunch of questions about specific situations :)
