Kind of curious, does anyone else's manager consistently change your schedule the week or even 2 days before it starts? Cause mine for next week was changed on Friday.

If they do this they’re not fulfilling their role as your SM. Notify your DM if it’s something that consistently happens because the whole reason the siren has three weeks out is so people can plan their lives.

the only time mine does is when someone leaves unexpectedly (quits/gets separated) or has to isolate

My manager does this consistently even without someone leaving or isolating.

Ask her to give notice before changing it and to let you know. That’s honestly just being courteous.
If she says no, ask her why not. Other partners should be giving sufficient notice before their availability changes. If they aren’t, she needs to deal with that.

I will most definitely have to talk to her cause it is annoying. Thanks!!

Do! Don’t be afraid to. Too often we let people scare us and that stresses people out. Don’t be afraid. She’s a human.
She may not be a good one but you’re about to find out one way or another.

Mine used to, schedule would be different than the one printed. You’d check the schedule app Saturday, and on Sunday night your Monday shift is different!

That has happened to me. It got to the point where I screenshot my schedule and if she claims I am late I show her the screenshot and tell her when it was taken. Cause she has changed the day of when I come in and doesn't even give me a heads up.

I didn’t have an app when I worked there. We had paper and I took a photo of it. Changing paper was way harder so SM didn’t do it unless she had to!

Teamworks used to randomly change my schedule and I’d go to my manager and she’d be just as confused as I was.
