Haha SAME! My heart literally hurt reading the rest of it. Such a shame.
But I do have this one customer that orders a cappuccino, but asks for it to be "very wet"... and every time I just want so badly to say "so a latte?"... but don't cause customer service. Haha

This may seem like too much noise on a label but I would love it if there were the following options on the mobile app:
XF - extra foam
LF - light foam
MiF - microfoam
Give every idiosyncratic customer an option to get the flat white microfoam on their caramel macchiatos and lattes. This could potentially weed out a small percentage of these dummies who order flat whites and butcher them.

i always get an iced flat white because it has an extra espresso shot, then i get it with almond milk and add vanilla syrup. sorry 🥺

When someone orders a caramel macchiato upside down it really ruins by soul. What you want is a latte with vanilla and caramel drizzle. Stop being extra
