How do you get an increase in Vacation time? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I have been hired since the start of October (19) and just recently seen on my partnerinfo that I have 8hrs of paid vacation time....Shouldn't it be more? I never used my vacation time at all! (Just 2 sick days and 2 unpaid day offs at 2020) and feel like this isn't remotely correct....
With that being said, how do you increase your vacation time or check to see if it hasn't been used or etc.

for US partners, we earn vacation time after a year of working, and it depends on your hours

You would only have started accruing vacation this past October. I’m not sure what the actual accrual rate is but assuming you work less than 36 hours a week, it would be less than 40 hours a year.

I was told that Starbucks gives 1 hour of vacation time for every 40 hours worked. If you haven’t worked many hours then that could be why. I also don’t know if that statement is true or not. It’s just what I was told. I also don’t know if that’s location based or what since this is my first REAL job 🤷♀️
