This lady came through the drive thru and said that she had a reward, and when she got to the window, i scanned her card but the server was down, so I just assumed she had 150 stars and force approved the transaction using stars.
After it had went through she said something about it was a birthday reward (which didn’t originally come up) and that she didn’t have 150 stars... I’m really worried that I messed up and could get in trouble.
Will that mess her account up since she didn’t have enough stars and could I get in trouble??

No. You’ll be fine. She should have told you from the get go that she had a birthday reward. It only charged her account and used whatever stars she had. She probably didn’t notice tbh. You’re overthinking.
