I was a barista in Los Angeles then transferred to Nashville TN and got promoted to SS but bc the cost of living and minimum wage was lower, it was actually less money lol.

It depends on if your position changes and if your going to an area that has different pay rates, as far as I know.

Depending on your location, yes. We had a partner transfer line two hours away and their pay was lower than at our store.
