I'm so jealous, I used to draw on our toddy's and morning crew got mad at me so I had to stop. Recently found out they let someone else from morning crew draw on stuff! The hypocrisy!!!

I'm debating...
We have a whiteboard next to drive so we can write stuff we're out of, etc. A girl from morning crew has been drawing little birds in it every day (I secretly added some HEHE)
One of the night shifts had to tell me I can't draw on stuff anymore (he supported me drawing on stuff as long as we weren't behind in anything, and he knows it's my biggest coping mechanism for anxiety, so he felt really bad) but it was because MORNING CREW WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT NT DRAWINGS. Why???? Literally no reason other than "there's better stuff to be doing"..... I always made sure I was not behind before taking 1.5 minutes to draw a cute cat.
Anyways that was just a vent. I'm gonna draw a dinosaur at work tomorrow. Thank you :)

If your crew is leaving a bunch of stuff not done (e.g. my last store never restocked sugars or married syrups when they were cleaning... which doesn't take long... unless you're in the middle of your morning rush) but drawing on everything then I get it. They're not mad that you're drawing, kids, they're mad that you're prioritising the "extra" instead of helping them prep? That feels awful when it happens all the time.

Oh, yeah I totally get that!! Us night crew are really good about stocking, we make sure all cups/lids, sugars, syrups, milks, etc are stocked as much as we can before we leave unless we were really busy and thus behind. It's actually morning crew who leaves everything for *us* to do, and it's annoying lmao. Like they complain about EVERYTHING and then get mad at us for missing one of two small things...

Literally screw them. They're no fun lol. One of my coworkers drew Perry the Platypus and people doodle on our 86 board all the time (yes we have that same marker board by our DT too hehe)
