Your managers/shifts should be keeping your team updated. Our Monday opening shift prints it out, we all read and sign that we did so.

Wouldnt that be the person running register's fault? If they say "no such and such" that doesn't even come in the drink why put it on the ticket? Unless i thoroughly missed a joke here 😂 which is entirely possible.

It is an easy fix, agreed. But I’m not gonna have my baristas argue with someone who wants a longer ticket for their drink, we live in an area of the west coast where we’re asked for tickets like this ALL the time
