Things have changed so much for the worse imo. The whole menu has shifted away from coffee into such a dizzying array of over-modified customer-created belly-wash that can't be made quickly because of the complex recipes. Mobile and Delivery have essentially added two other lines of customers to the one (cafe) or two (DT) that are already full, labor cuts are ridiculous, morale is low. I say stay out unless you got nerves of steel.

Honestly if it’s just part time for fun, then I would. I only work 2 days a week right now (hybrid learning for my kids did that lol) and am honestly happy with it. I enjoy the adult interaction and genuinely like my fellow partners and SM. If you get into a good store, I think you could have fun :)

I haven’t been at Starbucks for very very long but Id say yes!! I genuinely enjoy it and it’s a nice part time job. You will absolutely get sick of making sweet cream cold foam though.
