Update on my last post: I found a way for my Starbucks mask to fit! I used the little rubber adjusters from another mask and attached them onto this one🥰 (i.redd.it)

I found them on another mask I had but I believe if you look up “mask rubber stoppers” or “cord locks for masks” on Amazon you will find them there
