"ask me" is the part on the screen where the Barista's can add things like "ramen", special customisations (extra extra whip, or I did one where the customer asked me to put bridesmaids names in the section so she knew whose drink was whose (who's?)), that kind of thing ❤️

Edit: a month later I just noticed this said "Batistas" and not "Barista's" 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
