I’m a Starbucks partner and have a dream of working in a Disney park one day. Has anyone worked at the Starbucks inside Disneyland( of course not rn but in the past) if so what were the benefits. Or does anyone work at the down town Disney Starbucks if so what type of perks do you get?

Hi! Former Disney CM here! The Starbucks in the parks are licensed stores, so everyone who works in the Starbucks in the parks aren’t Starbucks partners, they are Disney Cast Members. You would have to be hired through Disney to work there, and right now, Disney isn’t hiring (even Disney World isn’t because of the Union contracts). Keep your eyes open for the future, though!

even the ones in Downtown Disney are liscensed? they have their own you are here mugs so i thought they would be stand-alone.. those ones are shutdown right now though because of eating restrictions in DTD.

No the ones in DTD in Cali & the ones in Disney Springs in Florida are corporate. The ones inside the parks (Market House in Disneyland, Fiddler Fifer and Practical Cafe in California Adventure, Main Street Bakery in Magic Kingdom, Fountain View in Epcot, The Trolley Car Cafe in Hollywood Studios, and Creature Comforts in Animal Kingdom)are licensed and are hired through Disney.

I believe the Starbucks’ in the parks are considered licensed stores and idk about downtown Disney. I know both of the ones in Disney Springs are corporate but the ones in the parks aren’t.
