Best case is to always ask store manager for complete approval. The only thing I think might be against the dc is the red color but a manager could be very lenient and approve it given the circumstances! (:

Hi I was wondering if I can maybe get away with this in terms of dress code. I am a Wisconsin store and our heater has been out in drive though since before I started .last week and this week its been a polar vortex with temps under 0 degrees.I do wear a coat but even then I get too cold. But I also can't bar in a coat. So im just trying to see if I can pass this for dress code hopefully to try to stay warm during shifts.

No. It doesn't fit the colour guidelines. Red isn't allowed. Has to be neutral colours or cool colours

That should be fine. I wear band sweatshirts when I’m on DT (work appropriate so nothing too extreme) so you should be fine with that.
