Anyone know what the raise is it keeps asking about in the weekly pulse? My SM hasn’t told us about a company wide raise but is that happening!?

It happened back in December, like around Dec. 10th. They're slowly increasing starting wage to 15/hr. It was like a 10% (iirc?) raise, higher for ppl who have been there 3+ years
