I'm sorry you're having a hard time at home and that people at work were unkind to you. Don't be too hard on yourself. Take care of yourself the best you can. If I were you, I'd get into damage control mode right now. If there is anything you can do to leave starbucks with a good reference, do it. If you can reach out and tell them that you've been going through a very hard time and that things have been hard with your family, do it. Apologize for lack of communication. None of that is a lie, and they dont need any more details. If you can stand to tell them it's been 10 days and you dont have symptoms and you can come back in and are putting in your two weeks, do it. If you cant tolerate going back then just quit, but emphasize that you're struggling, that it's a family issue, and that you're sorry not to be able to give two weeks notice. Having a positive reference to help you find a new job will ultimately help you gain independence from your mom.

If it's too late for any of that, let it go. At the end of the day, your well being is more important than this job.

Good luck. You deserve better.
