just temporarily but drink "somewhat hot" water helps with the cramps alot. I normally mix hot water with some cold tap because our "hot water" is way too hot

Typically I ask to be on CS or a position that moves a lot plus just take ibuprofen. If possible IcyHot might also help!

Ibuprofen is a good choice. Try gently (gently!) rubbing your midsection in clockwise motions. It helps keep blood circulating, which helps with the pain and cramping. Good luck!

There are hot pads that go in your underwear on your hips. Next to the Midol

Definitely stay caffeinated. It depends on the person how that works, but midol is just Tylenol and caffeine and ibuprofen + coffee gets me to the same place!

Put hand warmers in your apron pockets. It’s like a portable heating pad since the pockets are right at hip level.

Cbd is great, in any capacity you're willing to consume it. Lotions, cbd pills, oil, vape juice.
I take the advil gel pills, really helpful for me. The gel pills work a little faster because of how your body breaks it down.
Also drinking as much water as you can consume. And eating healthy the week before you start and while you're on it. Lots of protien and iron, and veggies.
And sometimes just going back of house and collapsing is just necessary.

Sit with your back against the nice cozy warm Hobart... it’s delightful but not especially practical
