I'm a newer transfer to this store (been here about a week) and I'm having lots of issues with one of my shifts constantly misgendering me. I've talked to this person several times about it but nothings changing. Today we had a yelling match in the back room where he blatantly told me that hes going to keep doing it. I've never had this type of issue in any of my past stores. Idk what to do. I havent even met my store manager yet bc they're on mornings and I'm on nights. Please help
