Good Evening All and Welcome to #2 of the Green Bean Chronicles. So I recently just graduated a semester early from High School and I’m working some morning right now until I go to college. Of course with mornings you get a brand new crew, shift, and VIBE the morning customers are definitely not as chill or understanding as my night regulars. ATP switch me BACK. Anyway today I was on bar...(Yay) and ofcourse I’m only a month in. So I know how to make all drinks but I’m DEFINITELY a slow bar employee. So my question is how do I continue to be efficient in bar if someone sends a drink back because they don’t like it? And how do I speed up?
