How many times do ya’ll use the right now recovery buttons on your shift? When does it look suspicious? My sm said that our crew was using it too much and I don’t want it to look suspicious on my end. I’m just paranoid lol. Im not giving anything away for free for no reason.

i never use right now recovery expect for very specific situations. if their drink was made wrong last time- if their stars are not working, etc.
we have to print the receipt of our RNR, write the reason it was recovered, get it signed by the SSV and place it in the SM’s box.

not recovery cards. right now recovery. the button on POS that gives a 100% off discount on the selected item.
it’s for people who request a remake through drive thru. i need to punch the drink through still so it can be made and for inventory purposes. then i use right now recovery to cash it out with no cost.

yeah recovery cards and right now recovery are VERY different! we don’t really give out recovery cards at our store because most people who complain about drinks are mean to us and we don’t reward bad behaviour ✌🏻

Someone at my store got fired for using it every time his friends came in. He had more right now recoveries than everyone else in total

Do yall know if it is supposed to average out depending on the amount of customers you get? Five hours on solo drive thru when we are super busy is bound to have a few mistakes?
