the baristas at my store will say “ew i hate the chai concentrate, it’s too sweet. tastes like pure sugar” AND THEN PROCEED TO GET iced white mochas with 8+ pumps of WM, toffee nut, and VSC foam or they’ll get the strawberry açaí with absurd amounts of classic/liquid cane or iced coffee with 12-15 pumps vanilla and hazelnut EACH?? but my venti double shot iced chai with three pumps chai, one vanilla and soy is too sweet for them. like i don’t care what they get bc i know not everyone likes the taste of coffee but what 😭

We get people who ask about which drinks have the lowest calories and we say we don’t know. Then they’ll get a Pink Drink made with HEAVY CREAM, three scoops of vanilla bean powder, and VSCCF. Like what???

Black coffee, black cold brews, straight espresso/americano and unsweetened tea all fit the bill but not the palette. The heavy cream...eugh

PS I had a partner one call a decaf skinny latte “water” while I was on the bar and it took everything I had not to laugh.
