I'm not even gonna lie to you tho, when I was a barista I had a regular in the morning who would ask for a bacon gouda with no bacon. The few times I worked morning shift, when the customer came in, I'd take the bacon and inhale that shit BoH and it was definitely a highlight of the morning for me lmao

Me:"Okay but..."
Manager:"It's really not that hard, just get the bacon out"
Me:"But..."
Manager:"Oh my god, if you're just gonna stand there gawking, go swap out with CS. I'll just do this myself"
Let me shed a little light btw, my starbucks was at a college hub and inside the hub was a convenience store where you can buy a bag of bacon ready to eat, fresh off the heat, for only about 2-3 dollars.
