The thing is we have 2 baristas opening and one shift lead. I open bar, which my process is pill machines, brew tea, , brew ice coffee (4 batches) fill up ice bins, get sanitizer for bar, date everything, finish tea, finish iced coffee, brew pike and prep blonde and dark. I hold off on brewing the other two because no one orders it until about an hour in. The thing is if you’re talking about dating pastries the shift should do that. And then the breakfast sandwiches, our order is getting messed up right now and we get it delivered at night and it won’t fit so they consolidate in the evening so in the morning the other partner just prep food case and rtd&e wall.
