and if you’re wondering, yes they did argue with me that there is a drink called the “matcha cookie crumble frappuccino” on the menu. no, she did not mean “mocha cookie crumble”.
we offered to make a mocha cookie with no mocha add matcha and a matcha frap with the whip...and cookie crumbles... but that’s “not what she wanted”

i had someone order three of those yesterday! not gonna lie, the vsc foam with cookie crumbles blended in is heaven but idk about on matcha 🤢

There's been times where customers have ordered a iced "mocha" green tea latte and it just confuses us when we try to clarify oh you mean 'matcha?' And they'll be like oh yeah, that. 🙃
