It will never be your responsibility to find coverage. It’s absolute bullshit if a shift or manager tells you that. Does it help if you try? Sure. Still not your responsibility.
Especially if you’re in quarantine it’s already known you will be gone, you have no control over that. Don’t stress yo.

Yeah, absolutely not your responsibility. They have protocol, and they are responsible for the store and your shifts in this circumstance. If your SM insists, let her know you won’t be doing that and send a quick email to your DM to let them know the situation. I wouldn’t want you getting in trouble for this.

It depends actually. If you are quarantined because of an in-store exposure, then that's a Store responsibility. If you travelled across state lines, went to a party, boyfriend tested positive, etc. it may actually be your responsibility.
