My advice is to think of the register pages as "categories" rather than isolated drinks.
Major categories on top: beans, foods, drinks.
Bottom tabs are drink subs: brewed, espressos, frappe, teas, others.
Right hand tabs: modifiers/ the fancy stuff.
All the drinks on each page are grouped as buddies. All seasonal will always be at the bottom.

If you need to explore the register just do it when there’s down time at the store☺️ there’s also no shame in telling someone to slow down/repeat the order so you can type it in
