Like, what you doing honey... who hurt you? Still not as bad as 25 pumps of classic in a venti green tea and the 6 pumps of liquid cane. I had to ask her three times when taking her order to make sure I heard her right, and then my partner on bar double checked with me and her that it was right. I could see her embarrassment but at that point you deserve it imo.

I haven’t worked at Starbucks for a really long time (pre-cold foam days), and one of my current coworkers told me that her favorite drink was a hot chocolate with vanilla cold foam. Is this a thing to order hot drinks with cold foam??

I haven’t worked there in a couple years, but a strawberry peach refresher sounds pretty good. Maybe with white tea. But dairy? Wtf. Just say the acid will curdle it and you can’t serve a beverage crafted by a trashy minion of satan.

Damn. I haven’t been to a Starbucks in almost 2 years. I have friends that work at a couple different stores I’m on a group thread with, and I just feel too guilty going in after hearing about what they deal with day in and day out. I’d be full PPE for sure, but my closest store is always SO busy, DT line out to the main rd. They don’t need me adding to the queue, and if it’s not busy I’d rather them take a rest or get caught up.

Edit to say I worked there 12 years, so I feel the pain in my bones and it will never go away. Basically a partner for life whether I like it or not.

It was actually a prank played on me. I took the bacon off the DSB for the croissant and then stuck the cheese in a partners apron. He then made the latte and stuck the cheese right on top for me to try. It didn’t have a sticker at the time.
