after the pay increase its like $21 an hour but if youre moving from a state that pays less than NY then they might count your new pay rate as your pay increase. before they made somewhere around 18-19

It depends on your district. And how long you’ve been with the company for now. Before the raise in Manhattan in the busiest store in my district the pay started at 18.86 I believe.
