as someone rehired a year and a half ago(225****) i can tell you this; at least for my area here in bay area CA customer connection scores and drive thru times are LITERALLY the only thing this company cares about right now. we are drowning in business but they are giving us nearly 40/50 hours LESS a week for labor. that means we are literally exhausting ourselves to hit these drive times let alone get a good connection score. we’re expected to connect at the window yet have the customers in and out in 45 seconds.... be prepared for a completely different kind of starbucks. it’s nothing like how it was when i was hired in 2016. were robots now
