I would recommend just getting the app and putting your partner card on it/ordering a physical partner card. You should be able to use the name your comfortable with at Starbucks, not change it to match your ID. Are people giving you a hard time about it not matching your ID?

I don’t think physical partner cards are a thing anymore. Plus if you go to another store you can’t get the free food and drink mark out if you use the app you have to be rung up at the store.

Having the partner card on your app is a valid way to show you are a partner without having to show ID.

I have the partner card in the app but it doesn’t have the siren like the card does. It has a generic gift card pattern so I still need to show ID. I only go to one or two stores so they know I’m a partner and if there was a doubt I’d show them ID

The physical cards are very much still a thing unless they changed it in the last two-ish months.

Ohhh I lost mine or it’s in a wallet I don’t use. I’ll try to see if I can get another one then. I heard they were going away.

you can request a new one on partner hub/my partner info

my store gets A LOT of partners from other stores because we're right next to a major university. We will card everyone so if a name is within reason, it doesn't have to match your license. If I can't make a logical jump, I'll ask for the name and ID. A partner should know how their name shows up in the system
