honestly it sounds like YTA. we’re in a pandemic you shouldn’t bristle at having to wear a facial covering in literally any location that isn’t your house

its not policy that i know of but if you know that she doesn’t like it, just don’t talk about it to her. forgive me if my tone comes off bad but i mean in a nice way, you should be careful about exposing each other to the virus. its not a good look if you have your mask off right in front of the place you work. i get it that you’re off the clock but then hang out somewhere else if y’all dont care about potentially making a whole shift of people have to isolate of one of you is exposed and your manager knows y’all hang out outside of work. its just not really the vibe right now during the pandemic. its better to hang out with people in your own close bubble of family/friends

It’s not a policy but every time I’ve hung out or got close to coworkers outside of work they’ve always screwed me over in the end. Just be careful. I’ve been dragged into work drama because someone’s wanted me to take their side in something that a. Wasn’t true and b.wasn’t my business. The last time I was close to someone they told me people were saying things about me that wasn’t true at all and some of the people were former coworkers and who I’d eventually have to work with. Just be careful.
