I believe it’s a $75 trainer bonus per trainee that you are assigned. Also if your manager is good you will have non coverage assigned so it’s a little slower pace to just practice. I love training!

I am planning on becoming one because I started getting bored of the same thing as a barista, also I enjoy teaching. I think u get 50$\~ I think per trainee and it's a step towards a shift depending on the store and just good for resumes

Slower pace to break up the schedule for awhile, getting to know the new hires, and a bonus! For me I think it’s $65 per person after 90 days. I’ve enjoyed training very much!

It’s kind of fun. You get to know the new baristas one on one, you’re on the floor but not plugged in to what’s going on. There’s also a bonus (I think it’s $65 in my market).
