partner card on mobile app (self.starbucksbaristas)

anyone else having an issue with adding their partner card on the mobile app? i was able to have it on there for a few months, but one day it reduced my balance to zero and kept saying card not found when i tried to reload the card. i then tried removing the card and adding it back again but it said there was an issue with the card number.

If you logon to digital pay at home or at your store there should be a card info tab. Use that or order a physical card that you can add to your app.
Another way is to just connect your partner number onto your account by going to Starbucks on a WEB BROWSER and going to your info page and press the partner option at the bottom.

You don’t, you connect your app to your partner number and add your gift cards on there.
