It easy to spread it out since COVID19 I don’t know how your store operates but our teams are still doing open-1 and 1-close teams so in the morning it’s definitely difficult to do those but at open til like 7 we’re generally slower so we try to taste test during slower hours and for close it’s a lot less stressful and we can always just stay until the time given (say we close at 9:00 but the time clock says 9:30 we stay that extra time to do it or do it during a less busy time.) it’s all really up to your store.
