Sorry if this is the wrong place to post. I thought the baristas would know the answer best.
Every time I order a Rooibos Tea Latte, there is about two inches of product missing from the cup. i.e cup is not full. Is there any way that I can order the drink without having the two inches missing at the top? Or is this unavoidable. Different stores, this doesn't seem to matter. This happens whether I order immediately in drive-thru or with ubereats.
I didn't want to slow down the drive-thru line asking this at the window, so I thought it would be better to ask here.
Most importantly, thank you so much for the wonderful work you do. Starbucks customer service really brings some light into the darkness.

I would just ask for no foam. It sounds as though there is a lot of foam at the top that is melting by the time you get to it - especially if you’re ordering I through Uber eats.

Thank you. I will try this

it’s 100% the foam. tea lattes are often more foamy due to baristas trying to mix the tea powder into the milk while aerating it.

You can also ask for ' No room '

It’s probably the foam going down. I’d ask for no foam

That’s so interesting! What country do you live in that you have Rooibos at Starbucks? We don’t have this in the US.

We used to! Super popular drink too. Vanilla Rooibos Tea Latte. I miss it :(
