How do you mark cups to know if the customer wants pike, blonde or dark roast? (self.starbucksbaristas)

In my experience with Starbucks, Reg/POS was responsible for grabbing brewed coffee. We wouldn't mark cups. For a DT store, customer support/bar 2 would grab brewed coffee if DTO didn't do it.
Otherwise, it's not too far fetched to just write "PIKE"/"BL"/"DRK" or even "DRK"/"MED"/"LT" for Dark roast, medium roast, or light roast real quick under/near the "BC" mark for Brewed Coffee!
