So my windshield wipers are literally frozen to my windshield and I know you can melt ice using 2 parts rubbing alcohol and 1 part water. I don’t carry a measuring cup in my car, assuming most people don’t anyway, and was wondering if using one of the cold clear cups to measure would be accurate enough?

I mean if you fill rubbing alcohol to a certain line twice then did it to the same line with water once that’s 2 parts alcohol 1 part water.
