Yeah we sure do! We do everything we can. I just mean overall. Even in the company. Or at least it feels like with my new sm, it's always "good job "shift"" but never "good job barista" shifts deal. With alot too. But idk.

Very true. Today I was yelled at by a customer in dto and dtw how she went to 3 other stores and not even we "had her shit" screaming that like lady if being out of oatmilk because nobody is getting trucks rn is gonna ruin your day get it yourself at the store. I swear I can't wait to leave again.

I was sent a long survey this morning from corporate. I am a 13 year partner. I gave the worst answers I ever have. This company has changed for the worse this past year. IMHO
