Making iced coffee isn’t really hard. There’s a bag of iced coffee grounds that should be prepped the night before. Put the bag in one of the brewing filters and brew it on half batch. If your using the cubes I put 4 venti scoops of ice in before I brew but you can do it after. Iced coffee is then good for 24 hours.

Definitely not to standards there. I make it in a pre-ixed cube when needed and use 6 venti scoops. 4 is not enough unless they're very heaping. Standard is to empty the hot half batch from the urn into 2 2liter pitchers to the 1L line, and ice to the 2L line. It equates to about 2.5-3 venti scoops of ice per pitcher, depending on how full the scoops are.

We put our iced coffee in a Curtis we don’t keep them in 2L pitchers so when we make iced coffee we use cubes for back ups. Decaf iced coffee yes we use a 2L but not regular. Yes they are heaping scoops.

If the iced coffee bag is a 9oz bag - it’s a 1/2 batch. If you’re putting them in 2L pitchers it’s 1L or 1.25L per pitcher then fill it up with ice.

If it’s a 4-5oz bag? It’s 1/4 batch.
