Sorry, I'm on mobile so if formatting is off, that might be why. I work for one of the partner stores, and this guy just came in and asked us for a used Starbucks cup. Like he specified USED.
When I told him I couldn't give out any merchandise, used or not, he asked if there might be any in the trash cans around our kiosk, and then he promptly dug in the trash can and pulled out a cup. He then ran off thanking me??
Why does he need a used cup specifically? Is this part of some new tiktok thing or for some kind of ritual? Can someone please tell me why he might have needed a used cup? We're still in the middle of a pandemic too.
