Two men broke out into a fist fight after arguing about something (I did not hear the argument) and shattered our glass front door. The police arrived and now everyone is waiting for the dm to tell us if we are closing for the day or just for an hour. What a day.

Ugh that is not fun. I used to work at a behavioral health hospital and one of our patients punched two holes in the doubled paned glass for one of the group rooms. It was super traumatic to all the other patients and I was pretty shaken up by it too. I hope for your sake they close the store for the rest of the day just because that’s a lot to take in.

I hope they make the right decision too, but I also hope they allow us to make up our missing hours next week. Sometimes they don't let us work more hours than we are scheduled, and it hurts my paycheck.
