I have no knowledge about stocks what so ever, but I was wondering if I would be able to withdraw my restricted stock units or how does that work?

Download the fidelity app, it's super helpful.
You can only sell (or do anything with) stocks once they've vested. Your vesting schedule is accessible through the app!
Typically RSUs vest 1-2 years after you accept them. If you quit before they vest you lose them.
