Absolutely call the media. Public shaming is the only way anything will change.

I’d call a local paper and snitch on Starbucks for this. It’s bullshit.

As the other two said, call all of your local news outlets and don’t let up on getting a response.

I’m not sure when you started working here, but when the reality of COVID19 set in and lockdowns started, Starbucks told us to use coffee filters to make masks until partners got the media’s attention about this.

It was also media attention that drove Starbucks to close dine-in services and allow partners to take the paid leave of absence for covid.
